We have a vast knowledge of coarse fishing within East Sussex and the surrounding area. Not surprising really since I was first taken fishing with my granddad almost 40 years ago and haven’t really stopped since!

We believe that time spent beside one of our lakes or stretches of river will leave a lasting impression on you whether you chose to pick up a rod again after or not. You see it’s not always about catching a fish, but also spending time with nature moving around you and immersing yourself in its sounds, smells and sights. For those of you visiting us to help with your education you will be surprised how many elements of the school syllabus are important in the art of catching a fish.

There is something special about catching your first fish and at SO SUSSEX we will do our best to make sure that happens. We will leave the stories of how big it was to you, but don’t exaggerate too much as it might leave future customers disappointed!
