| Lewes Town & Country Bed & Breakfast |
A great mix of accomodation options in the historic town of Lewes and scattered around the beautiful surrounding villages and countryside. A perfect base for a SO SUSSEX fishing trip, musgroom walk or to explore the South Downs National Park by bike.
|
| Blackberry Wood campsite, Streat |
Consistently voted one of the coolest places to stay in England. You need to book very early to get in here , but it's worth it and SO SUSSEX know some great bike rides up on the South Downs from here.
|
| The Yew Tree Inn, Chalvington |
Not as 'wild' as some of the campsites in Sussex, but right in the grounds of one of the very best pubs with great food and amazing childrens facilities. A really good base ( if you can find it !) to explore the country lanes and South Downs with SO SUSSEX by bike.
|
| Wowo campsite, Sheffield Park |
A great place to camp beside a proper fire, loads for kids to explore both on the site and at the nearby Bluebell railway and a great base for SO SUSSEX fishing trips, Mushroom Walks or cycling on the lanes around the Ashdown Forest.
|
| Dernwood Farm campsite |
A real wild camping experience and not a car to be seen once you pitch your tent in a clearing in the middle of ancient woodland. A great base for one of our Fishing trips and after you can sit around a camp fire discussing the ones that got away.
